    Within a Finance team, in a Projects and Services context, you will be responsible for the Management Control of the Process Industry division (industrial clients: paper mills, steel mills, food industry). You are responsible for the economic and financial management of the division. You will be responsible for measuring performance, the quality of closings and reporting, forecasts and internal control. The quality of measurement of indicators and the relevance of your analyses will enable you to alert on the causes of discrepancies and propose corrective actions. As a true "Business Partner" to the Division Director and the operational teams, you will be a driving force in achieving objectives.

    Your responsibilities

    • Manage the profit center (Income Statement) and coordinate with the financial and accounting departments.
    • Prepare and coordinate activity forecasts, monthly estimates, organization and resources (operational activities, central services, agencies and service workshops).
    • Develops and continuously adapts analysis tools, indicators and management control procedures.
    • Ensure monthly/quarterly reporting (actual/forecast).
    • Identify and analyze significant variances between actuals and forecasts, particularly with regard to project monitoring.
    • Propose improvement measures to limit these variances.
    • Manage and monitor engineering and services projects (costs, forecasts, cash flow, risk analysis).
    • Support the operational staff in terms of contracts (offers, commercial conditions, profitability).

    Your background

    • At least Master in Finance and/or Business Management.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a management control position (an industrial, project or service environment would be a plus).
    • Knowledge of Anglo-Saxon accounting and SOX (Internal Control).
    • Strong interest in IT tools: ERP (SAP), EXCEL, BO.
    • Operational English nad fluent French are obligatory.
    • No obstacles for travel (occasional).
    • Quality of analysis and synthesis, rigor, reactivity.
    • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
