Our business is investing in technology, tools, people and processes to ensure our general purpose and application-specific solutions perform as expected, every time. The Business Market Analyst will report directly to the Local NEMA Division Manager in Canada.

    Your responsibilities

    • The business market analyst will be responsible to provide business intel to various groups within the Industrial Motor Business. The candidate will need to have the skills to covert data inputs into business/market intelligence.
    • Duties will also include working with Sales and Product Management to gather additional input about the market landscape.
    • Identifying process improvements relating to data capture and flow.
    • Develop monthly Management reports trending main KPIs (Channels, Market Segments etc).
    • Managing price files and rebate programs.
    • Provide analytical insight to support pricing strategy.
    • Competitive analysis to improve sales hit rate in key markets/channels.
    • Creation of Performance dashboards for main growth initiatives.
    • Reporting of Market Data (ie Electrofed data). Prepare and communicate monthly.

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in business.
    • Strong analytical and research skills.
    • Team player, the ability to work well with Sales and Product Management.
    • Knowledge of SAP, SalesForce & Power BI would be an asset.
    • Motivated by strong desire to contribute to the growth of our business and to be a key player in our success.
