C#/.NET Core Developer – part-time

Do you want to gain experience in the field of development during your studies? Are you interested in developing software using the latest technologies? Do you want to work on applications that make sense and find a place in Industry 4.0? We are looking for new colleagues to join our Operations Centre with offices in Ostrava and Pilsen to help us develop SW products for huge naval ships or safety management on oil platforms. Or would you rather deal with data processing from industrial plants? We have this and much more in our backlog. SW projects you may encounter with us: • SW products for optimization of marine ship routes • SW products for container transshipment in ports or on railways • SW products for safety management on oil platforms • Data collection from industrial plants and their subsequent analysis and processing In parallel, we work on about 60 different projects during the year, so if none of these interest you, there is no need to despair, because we have much more in our backlog. The distribution of our projects is about 60-70% web projects (.NET Core 3+, Angular, React, Vue), 15% desktop projects (primarily WPF), the rest is mobile app development (PWA / Xamarin), ML, reporting, etc. C# is the main BE programming language everywhere. Of course, modern CI/CD practices are used for deployment - typically to MS Azure environments. Wherever appropriate, we use containerized docker solutions. Your responsibilities

• Work on international SW development projects in small teams (2-5 people)
• We follow agile development approaches
• Opportunity to gain hands-on experience while studying.

Your background

• You are not afraid to communicate in English (minimum B1 level)
• You have some theoretical knowledge or practical experience of .NET development in C# and object-oriented design with respect to design patterns
• You have some knowledge of databases - e.g. MS SQL
• A desire to further your education and development and to work in a team and independently
• A proactive approach
