    Position summary

    Calibration Fitter

    The installation and changing of all three Large Calibration lines to suit various sizes (DN350-DN2000) in line with manufacturing demand and maximum utilisation of rig capabilities to ensure on time delivery.

    Your responsibilities

    • Installation of large calibration pipeline in line with testing requirements
    • Movement of pipework inside and outside the large calibration area
    • Performance of area housekeeping activities, including the prompt reporting of problems, or equipment breakdowns.
    • Maintain to the highest level, workmanship standards and health and safety awareness
    • Ensure manufacturing build, inspection and where relevant, test times are met.
    • Be fully conversant with all equipment, tools and measuring instruments associated with the manufacturing cycle.
    • Maintain safe working area and practices, ensuring health & safety is paramount at all times
    • Any other duties as required by the production supervisor – including all lifting and forklift operations.

    Your background

    • Experience of working on intermediate moving manufacturing processes/Flowline.
    • Experience of working on production specific H&S issues & initiatives.
    • SAP knowledge.
    • Team working
    • Use of Cranes and heavy lifting equipment
    • Quality Notification (reporting & action closure)
    • Combi Lift License
