We are offering to outstanding students the chance to join our multidisciplinary team of portfolio and product manager in the field of Circularity and Sustainability. In the frame of a six-month internship (extension possible) in Electrification Service division, you will be able to put theory into practice by contributing to one of our projects on enhancing the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects of our services, contributing to our mission of building a greener and more sustainable world. Your responsibilities

• Collect feedback from units, functions and customers on an existing Proof of Concept (PoC) release.
• Assist in drafting specifications for transitioning PoCs to real implementation, considering sustainability elements.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research strongly oriented ESG companies to gain insights and inspiration.
• Identify ways to embed ESG-related topics into our value proposition for sustainable product offerings.
• Integrate the social perspective into our offering for safety services.
• Collaborate with safety teams to ensure that our offerings address social, and safety needs effectively.

Your background

• Last-year student in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Studies or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of product development & commercialization processes and the Electrical Industry market.
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Strong passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in driving positive environmental impact.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
