You will be part of Marine Digital Service Analytics Team working with data originating from electrical systems onboard world biggest ships. Our dedicated solutions enable monitoring of physical assets in the power and propulsion chain, enabling performance improvements, predicting failures and detecting anomalies in the system. You will collaborate with team members across different locations such as Poland, Norway, Finland and Singapore. This internship position is supervised directly by Marine Service Technical IT Operations Manager and CBM Marine Product Owner.     Your responsibilities

    • Data processing e.g. cleansing, contextualization, labelling, extracting;
    • Maintaining current production environment (both on edge and cloud);
    • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques;
    • Developing and maintaining codes and analytics.

    Your background

    • 4th or 5th year student in Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics, Engineering or equivalent;
    • Good, practical level of knowledge of statistics and mathematics;
    • Practical experience in working with data flows, storage and processing in modern cloud architectures (e.g. Azure and GCP);
    • Knowledge of Python (experience using Numpy, Pandas and scikit-learn) and Matlab (signal processing libraries);
    • Knowledge of C#;
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
    • Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage;
    • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering would be an advantage.
