    Channel Manager

    You will be working as Channel Manager and will be part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager. You will be primarily responsible to grow the channel business and implement the Motion Drive Products channel strategy with continuous monitoring the channel partner performance.

    Your responsibilities

    • Identifying and evaluating channel partners together with the sales team, regularly reporting progress against channel strategy, plans and budgets
    • Conducting analyses on channel activity and take ownership for solving problems identified
    • Arranging for classroom trainings for our partners to educate them about the product, also arranging for online trainings and webinars for them so that they can revisit the trainings from time to time
    • Arranging for new brochures and flyers for the product, arranging seminars for major customers to educate them about the advantage of the newly launched product over the present ones
    • Finding new partners for better intrusion of products in white spots; appointing new partners and signing in legal agreements with ABB; extensive training of partners regarding our products
    • Supporting in evaluation/certification and training of channel partners

    Your background

    • BE/ B.Tech / Diploma in any specialization
    • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge on the Drives & Automation is preferred
    • Should be aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values
    • Good communication skills
