Channel Manager

You will be working as Channel Manager, reporting to Sales Manager for Motion business, Service division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible leading, developing and coaching the related channel sales organization (other channel sales managers and channel specialists within scope) proactively.

Your responsibilities

• Defining and implementing the specified market (global/regional/local) channel sales strategy in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensuring regular follow-up
• Providing specified market channel strategy input for the local channel manager
• Supporting local channel manager in the offering and proposal process for channel partners
• Identifying and evaluating global channel partners together with the channel manager and authorizing them in coordination with the sales management team
• Defining and implementing annual performance assessment and forecasting process for channel partners
• Drawing policies and relevant standards (Market Segmentation, customer due diligence, cyber security) to be used globally for channel partner evaluation and certification
• Ensuring use of relevant standard tools and reporting to relevant internal partner teams
• Supporting driving strategic partnerships, through developing personal relationships with key partners, customers and other decision makers

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in channel management (Preferably from Drives, Motors Business)
• Should have good communication skill
