    Channel Sales Support Specialist

    You will be working as Channel Sales Support Specialist and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager – Product and will be responsible for developing effective distributor channel sales support ecosystem. Driving and implementing marketing actions in line with the defined strategy to drive lead generation & conversion and superior customer experience in the assigned channel.

    Your responsibilities

    • Devising and developing distributor performance reports as per policy parameters
    • Developing a robust tool for incentive calculation as per business policy guidelines
    • Coordinating and developing a robust tool for loyalty program. Executing the loyalty program as per the company guidelines
    • Coordinating with all clusters, finance, and other stake holders. Generating reports as per the requirements
    • Developing a mechanism for regular communication of their achievement to the partners
    • Calculating and disbursing the incentives as per the business policy provisions

    Your background

    • Any graduate, MBA preferred
    • +5 years of experience in Retail Sales / Distribution
    • Experience in running loyalty programs in the companies such as Schneider, Havells, L&T and similar companies
    • Knowledge of Distributor Management
    • Preferred industries – electrical switchgear, final distribution products, modular switches
    • Good written, verbal communication & inter-relationship skills
