    Position summary

    esponsibilities

    • Serving as the key partner for Strategy development and implementation to guarantee the achievement of the targets given from the global BL.
    • Implementing decisions taken and securing the stable and sustainable short- & long-term development of RO China and LBL.
    • Translating strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets
    • Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serving as the interface to GBL/LBL
    • Monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision-making
    • Identifying issues and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency
    • Identifying and communicating commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions
    • Executing risk review procedures and processes in line with global policies and standards to minimize commercial and financial risks and exposure

    Your background

    • Bachelor`s degree in finance and accounting, CPA or ACCA is preferred
    • 10 years’ experience in management accounting and controlling functions (Business controlling experience preferred)
    • Familiar with ERP systems, MS office
    • Good managing and communication skills, assertive and well structure
    • Fluent in Mandarin and English
