This position reports to

Cloud Services Manager

Your responsibilities

• Environment management
• Customer requirements analysis and service configuration guidance
• Governance (requests review)
• Overseeing Cloud solutions implementation and expectations management
• Leading and managing all aspects of customer engagement, including requirements gathering
• Assisting in issue troubleshooting, providing constructive resolution guidance
• Working on continuous service improvement and optimalization (automation)
• Working with Solution and Enterprise architects on roadmaps, designs and service building blocks and onboarding of new Cloud Services
• End-to-end PaaS Services support (commissioning, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting etc.)

Your background

• University degree in Information Technology
• Around 6 years of experience in IT environment, including around 3 years of experience with Public Cloud Environments
• Hands-on experience with services provided by Microsoft Azure. Cloud related certification would be a plus. Additional GCP or/and AWS experience would be a plus.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with PaaS and IaaS platforms
• Knowledge of Cloud Networking (peering, routing etc.)
• Nice to have: Automation (PowerShell, Terraform), Containerization (AKS, EKS, GKE), Reporting (Power BI)
• Strong customer facing skills
