Cluster lead - Edgenius IIoT platform

Automation Business Process Control Platform(PCP) team based out in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Developing individuals and the teams along with recruiting and hiring talent to fill the positions. • Ensuring training and support to new hires and providing coaching and performance feedback to all team members. • Communicating and ensuring understanding of functional and departmental goals. • Monitoring individual and team metrics and performance versus targets. • Identifying and implementing improvements and innovations and ensuring quality standards for all processes. • Engaging and coordinating with other line managers across the organization and identifying competency gaps and ensure employees have the necessary training to perform their job.
Qualifications for the role

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in leading teams (preferably R&D/IT).
• You have a proven experience in driving the organizational changes in global environments.
• You have a professional experience with Agile principles, Scrum and Azure DevOps.
• You are a team player, fast learner following the trends, willing to work in a team spreading different countries and technologies.
• You have great verbal and written communication skills in English.
