    Your responsibilities

    • Identifying, developing, and supporting distributors and cobot experts and integrators across Canada.
    • Coach and train distributors.
    • Manage cobot value provider program.
    • Responsible for responding and taking action on new business opportunities and sales leads.
    • Monitor and record distributors pipeline in SFDC.
    • Be able to do cobot presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
    • Make joint visit to end users with our value providers.
    • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Demonstrate technical expertise and product knowledge to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
    • Close collaboration with a team of highly experienced sales professionals and strong application specialists.

    Your background

    • A degree in either a technical or commercial discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales selling to both end users and system integrators.
    • A true hunter with experience of cobots and robot automation and their application in the Canadian manufacturing industry.
    • Solid understanding of customers’ processes and needs in various industry segments such as metal fabrication, plastics, food and consumer goods.
    • Creative thinker with commercial focus, good technical understanding and results orientation.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • This is a national role requiring the ability to travel across Canada.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft software and Salesforce.
