Your responsibilities

• Update and optimize information in SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, OneNote, PowerBI.
• Support the global sales team in travel, visa, invoices, IT, infrastructure, etc.
• Develop ideas to improve work processes.
• Organizing events, gifts, customer visits and workshops.
• On and offboarding new employees

Your background

• Secondary business school (WMS 3+1) in the third school year
• German, IKA and W&G are among your strengths
• English as second mother tongue or very good knowledge
• Interest in topics related to the industry/electrical sector
• Very good knowledge of IT, Windows 365
• Collegial and pleasant manners
• Quick comprehension and logical thinking
