    Position summary

    rements and the characteristics of production parts. -Design and configure vision algorithms for Robot vision guidance, part alignment, and visual inspection, utilizing leading PC-based software or smart cameras, and collaborate with Robot and PLC programmers to develop a comprehensive process including error-handling logic. -Responsible for the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Commissioning of vision guided robotic solutions, in conjunction with other project team members. -Engage in proactive communication with customers, ensuring the delivery of committed machine performance metrics through continuous improvement and timely troubleshooting until the machine achieves Final Acceptance Certification (FAC). -Create and maintain necessary documentation related to the vision system, ensuring clear records and compliance with project standards. -Organize the Customer Training and continue to improve site training efficiency and effectiveness. -Be able to qualify vision-related suppliers and outsourced vision engineering capability.
    Qualifications for the role

    • -Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, automation, software, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
    • -Proficiency in programming as C# and over 3 years of experience in robot vision or machine vision project engineering with camera, lens, Lighting, including the configuration of algorithms using PC-based libraries as Cognex, Halcon, etc., and smart cameras.
    • -Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required to effectively communicate with global clients and cross-functional teams.
    • -Willing and able to travel internationally for site visits, customer meetings, and potential overseas deployments according to project schedule.Experience with overseas project deployment is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different working environments and cultures.
    • -A proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a systematic manner, and the ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and reports related to vision system projects.
    • -Demonstrate the ability to manage projects from initial proposal evaluation to final delivery completion, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit to achieve project outcomes.
