    NewGen PA is a business-driven program that focuses on a more robust and globally integrated technology architecture, moving away from fragmented, multiple, and legacy systems that create business limitations. This program enables us to simplify our landscape to operate on a more data-driven model where we can reliably make better and faster critical business and strategic decisions. In this role you will support the development, planning, dissemination, and management of both global and local communications. This includes identification of different audiences, definition of information needs, evaluation and independent recommendation of best approaches to ensure that the right messages are getting to the right people, at the right frequency and timing. You will work collaboratively with the program lead and will report to the Change Management & Comms Workstream Lead. This is a Communications Manager for NewGen program, reporting to the Department manager.

    Your responsibilities

    • Development and implementation of a global communications plan for the program including managing and structuring intranet pages and the content thereof
    • Creating content to support the program in enhancing awareness and desire for the transformation
    • Support the development of local communication plans and follow up on progress accordingly
    • Collaboration with change management and training workstream to align
    • Ensuring executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and program strategy
    • Actively recommend and contribute to cross-workstream communications projects
    • Advise on communications programs and supply channels to maximize cost efficiency and minimize overlap among teams
    • Pro-actively work with colleagues responsible for communications in the global and local business to drive a successful overall communications delivery for the program
    • Implementation of the agreed communications plans and manage production and supplier relations
    • Communication materials management - Support key management with personal communications materials including presentations, speeches, articles, and employee recognition. Develop creative and engaging materials that bring business change messages to life
    • Collaboration with colleagues within the program to plan, design and manage key communication and change events as part of the transformation program

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
    • 8-10 years of experience in a large, global multinational organization in a program or corporate communications role
    • Experience in international technology transformations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English a must
    • Strong proofreading and editing skills
    • Strong computer skills, including the MS Office suite
    • Genuine interest in organizational change management
    • Project management/coordination skills
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
    • Ability to lead and drive results independently
    • Ability to comfortably work across teams of different cultures and time zones
    • Additional languages other than English a plus
