    Communications Specialist

    The role of Communications Specialist is to develop and implement communications programs and messages – including marketing communications, web content, and direct marketing – to educate and inform stakeholders, including customers, employees, trade media and interest groups. You will ensure executional excellence for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.

    Your responsibilities

    • Implement internal and external communication guidelines and programs within the Electrification unit; in line with business strategy, corporate communications and brand positioning.
    • Develop and implement communications programs (advertising, RRSS, etc) to inform and guide customers, manager and collaborators.
    • Ensure the execution and measurement of communications, in line with global strategy.
    • Provide transversal support within the different business units of EL that seeks to maximize the cost and efficiency of the unit by minimizing duplication of work.
    • Owning the budget for communications programs, and ensuring budget alignment with corporate and division communications at the local level.
    • Recommending and contributing to cross-business unit and cross-division communications projects.
    • Assisting management with personal communication materials, including presentations, speeches, articles, and employee recognition.
    • Managing contributions to key events such as trade exhibitions, developing and organizing customer seminars and employee meetings.

    Your background

    • Bachelor´s Degree in Trade, Marketing and Communications.
    • 2 years of experience.
    • Knowledge of Sales Force and graphic applications.
    • Experience in interacting with the export market
    • Knowledge of management of RRSS and Microsoft Office
    • Intermediate English level.
