    Continuous Improvement Specialist

    Deploy and lead CI strategy through continued Quality Wins implementation across the Hub. Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results for the Hub. Identify opportunity areas in the organization to improve strategy deployment.

    Your responsibilities

    • Deploys and leads a common approach for continuous improvement and strategy deployment.
    • Partners with local operations and business leaders to understand vision, objectives and improvement needs to better deliver the framework for im-provement.
    • Drives initiatives to improve on agreed aspects of the organization, in close collaboration within continuous improvement leaders across Hub units.
    • Generates management awareness and commitment related to Continu-ous Improvement throughout the organization.
    • Identifies and works to remove roadblocks that slow or prevent the suc-cessful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initia-tives, helps facilitating in cases of conflicting priorities.
    • Promotes and leads improvement programs and projects within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach. Understands and promotes behavioral change to continuously improve performance.
    • Actively promotes a work environment that stimulates talent development, passion for learning and improving, integrity in all the actions, and results orientation.

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
    • 10+ years in continuous improvement or similar roles.
    • Proven project management roles.
    • Multi-operation support/leadership in continuous improvement projects.
    • Fluent in English.
    • High technical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
