    Corporate Account Manager

    In this role, you will define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies for NEMA Motors within the Motion Business in Fort Smith Arkansas, meeting business targets and aligning with global product strategy. You will be, responsible for developing, managing and growing the Motion Industries corporate relationships and sales for all ABB motor products in North America. The mission of this position is to apply a concentrated sales effort at the corporate, field management and contract account level to cohesively generate greater demand for ABB motor products while collaborating internally to drive initiatives.

    Your responsibilities

    • Profitable sales growth for ABB motor products in North America. Achieved through concentrated sales efforts at the corporate and field sales management to generate greater demand for ABB motor products while collaborating with HQ (Headquarters) and Field Sales Offices to drive initiatives
    • Drive actions and needed support across Motion functions of Sr. Executives, Supply Chain, Product Management, Contract Accounts, Field Sales Management, Marketing, Digital/ Data Teams, Accounting and Operations
    • Own the development and documentation of formal programs between Motion Industries and ABB Motors
    • Support ABB motor product sales through Motion Industries Strategic Account team. Develop strategies, programs and initiatives that drive standardization and growth for the Baldor and ABB motor brands by teaming with Motion Corporate Accounts at End User contracted accounts
    • Measure and drive compliance to existing agreements to ensure the targets and goals of agreements and price support are being met. Take steps to improve or resolve agreements falling short of the targets
    • Facilitate and lead Baldor to provide significant Documented Savings to Motion. Ensure Motion receives these and there is value and credit earned with Motion and end customers
    • Manage and report monthly ABB motor sales with Motion accurately and effectively. Coordination of effective annual ABB and Motion Industries Senior Management meetings

    Your background

    • Master's Degree with minimum 10 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum 12 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 14 years experience
    • Preferred Experience Includes: Product knowledge, Strong sales, Relationship building, Negotiation skills with market knowledge and strategic vision
    • Effective work ethic, integrity and commitment in the pursuit of the organizational goals and objectives
    • Preferred Software/Computer Knowledge with:(MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP, SalesForce
    • Travel requirements for the position are 50% plus
    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
