    Position summary

    ocal businesses for local IS service levels, manage local IS services to meet the expected service levels.

    • Managing business demands and local IS project delivery. Ensuring local projects and changing requests are executed according to plan and deliver the agreed business benefits
    • Working with IS teams outside JP which is responsible to deliver IS services to JP to make sure the services meet service level agreement (SLA)Cooperate with IS teams outing side JP for global/region IS project implementation
    • Planning, monitoring and managing local IS cost to be within approved budget
    • Reporting local IS services performance, issues and cost to local business, cluster IS lead and BA CIO
    • Being responsible for IS Risks, security and compliance review. Deciding and following up action plans
    • Managing JP IS team to ensure the individual’s performance and people development along with IS services
    • Supporting the implementation of ABB IS Strategy, ABB IS Enterprise Architecture and ABB IS Information Security policies

    Your background

    • Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science or related
    • 10 years experiences of IT service management
    • Budget management and cost control of IS services
    • People management experience
    • Knowledge of IT technology trend and experience to manage to adopt new IT technology to support business
    • Knowledge and experience of project management
    • Fluent Japanese and English communication skills
    • Experience in Global Company
