    Position summary

    , in line with external and internal regulations. The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-Hybrid The role is contributing to the Motion Drives divisions globally. The preferred location for this role is Helsinki (Finland) or Juri (Estonia). You will be mainly accountable for: • Resource and Performance Management: Secures resources, manages performance, and ensures continuous improvement of the application. • Strategic Alignment and Governance: Aligns application with business strategy, defines SLAs, and chairs governance board meetings. • Compliance and Security: Ensures adherence to IS policies, manages application security, and oversees User Access Rights Management. • Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Manages teams, delegates responsibilities, and serves as the escalation point for issue resolution.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Minimum 5 years of Mechanical Design or Administration experience with Creo.
    • Systems Development and experience on PLM systems, preferably Windchill.
    • Process Improvement & Optimization experience.
    • Finance/Project Management experience
    • Good understanding of IT Management principles.
    • Knowledge of Data Analytics and Agile methodology.
    • Experience with EngineeringService and Operation Management.
    • Fluent English language skills.
