Customer Operations Manager (m/f/d) E-mobility

As Customer Operations Manager Charging Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the efficient, results-oriented management of charging infrastructure projects of all sizes in your customer segment. Your responsibilities

• Checking incoming orders for factual and commercial correctness as well as the feasibility of the requested delivery date
• Ensuring that customer orders are carried out in accordance with the contract and in a results-oriented manner
• Technical clarification and optimization of customer orders
• Active participation in regular customer meetings, also in English language
• Monitoring of project objectives in terms of deadlines, facts and costs and initiation of corrective measures
• Proactive reporting on the current status of existing customer charging infrastructure within his segment
• Proactively identifying faults and reporting them to the appropriate resolution points
• Leading service campaigns within your customer segment
• Responsible for all after sales activities within assigned customer segment

Your background

• Completed studies in industrial engineering or similar, technical vocational training is also possible
• 4 – 5 years experience in project management
• Very good English, very good German, both business fluent
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Technical leadership of a team
