    Customer Quality Support Specialist

    A key role in assisting the sales team, the Customer Quality Specialist prepares sales proposals for Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) in Byhalia, Mississippi. The Customer Quality Support Specialist is the first point of contact for support of post shipping errors from the distribution network for customers and business partners of the Instillation Products Division in United States. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Distribution Center team by reacting to customer inquiries.

    Customer Support Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Delivering effective solutions to customers with post shipping queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
    • Monitoring the status of all inquiries to ensure timely and complete resolution
    • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and aiding in any necessary escalation
    • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
    • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas

    Your background

    • High School Diplomor or GED and 4 years experience in customer service, call center, or related field
    • An Associate’s degree in business, communication or a related field and 2 years experience in customer service, call center, or related field
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Preferred experience working as CSR with both telephone and email inquiries in the industrial market
    • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
    • Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 360
    • A collaborative, solution focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
