    Customer Support Cell Leader

    Coordinate the daily work of the customer care team, facilitating cover of other work areas including Imports, Shipping and Reception.

    Your responsibilities

    • Coordination and execution of Order Entry
    • Coordination and execution of LSU Progress calls and updates.
    • Supports the Imports Team for holiday cover
    • Supports the Shipping Team for holiday cover
    • Coordinate support of Reception area on a Rota basis
    • Enter Sales Orders onto SAP ensuring a calid Quotation. Work with the Planning Team to update Order Acknowledgement date in line with planned production schedule
    • Have a basic understanding of the operations process, capacity, and delivery constraints of suppliers and site.
    • Use the production schedules on SAP to communicate revised dates and highlight potential issues to our customers
    • Ensure Customer orders are acknowledged on time and in line with factory and supply chain capacity.
    • Robust utilization of Business Systems.
    • Support and proactively interface with other Functions in order to receive accurate production output and shipping forecasts.
    • Meet KPIs for the team
    • Attend Tier Meeting as required

    Your background

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • A proactive thinker with attention to detail.
    • Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
    • Knowledge and high level user of Microsoft Office tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
    • Knowledge of SAP
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
    • Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others, has exceptional interpersonal-communication skills.
    • Experience working within an ISO quality plan is an asset.
