    For the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will join our Robotics Customer Care located in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan).

    This position reports to

    Business Manager - Portfolio

    Your responsibilities

    • Deal with customers’ orders (agreements, services, training), verifying the correctness and accuracy of the data.
    • Order handling mainly in SAP and other company’s tools.
    • Invoice, working close Field Service team and Sales.
    • Deal with warranties.
    • Take care of customer requests, ensuring the best customer experience.
    • Take care of customer complaints, looking for solutions to resolve them.
    • Comply with the company’s integrity and SOX procedures.

    Your background

    • Degree, preferably in economics.
    • Preferably 2 years of experience in the role.
    • Good knowledge of Windows, Excel, Outlook.
    • Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
    • Good communication skills and strong customer focus.
    • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
