    Customer Technical Support - Internship

    We are looking for an intern to join our Electrification business as Customer Technical Support. Contract: stage

    This position reports to

    Quality Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Support the activities of data entry in order to build the bases for a good relationship with customers.
    • Support the team with the activities related to the resolution process and monitor the process itself.
    • Request acquisition, assignment and follow up in order to manage the resolution advancement status.
    • Acquire and report in an accurate and timely manner on Quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the analysis and management of local processes.

    Your background

    • A degree in Electronic, Electrical or Management Engineering.
    • Studies in technical sectors is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SAP and digital tools of CRM is a plus.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
    • Very good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
    • Team working, good interpersonal skills, results orientation, innovation spirit, proactivity and leadership will complete your profile.
