Global Cyber Security Business Lead
Your responsibilities
- Provides digital solution leadership for Cyber Security consistently at high quality to a sales, proposals and project teams
- Analyzes customer requirements to ensure cyber security solution meets objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
- Acts as a high-level technical expert, providing knowledge and analysis of Cyber Security software applications and operational environments
- Review technical specifications during sales pursuits of industrial control systems and digital solutions to identify potential cyber security risks
- Introduce cyber security requirements to the potential customers, and ensure validation and verification of cybersecurity requirements
- Support and consult on customer cyber security risks toward industrial assets, in compliance with their Enterprise Risk Management process and security risk assessment methodology
- Provides direction and mentoring to sales and project teams
- Interfaces with and influences customer’s senior technical and business leadership
- Continuously drives business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions with
- solutions consulting and hub digital teams
- Coordinating with regional sales teams across to drive the Cyber Security sales pipeline
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years’ experience in the OT / software industry with focus on cyber security, digitalization and the Internet of Things, and deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends
- Recognized Cyber Security qualification (TUV CySec , GISSP, CISSP, IEC62443 specialist/expert, etc.)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or technical field would be an advantage
- Proven track record in customer focus, exposure to customer top management, consultative selling, driving results and turning opportunities into sales successes
- Proven experience in driving digital development for complex global organizations, ideally in a B2B environment (Process, Energy, software, technology, automation)
- Ability to deliver complex deliverables under demanding timelines. Be flexible with changes and keep the customer focused and stay within the scope of the engagement.
- Deep Experience in the industrial software environment; Division-specific industry exposure (industrial automation/advanced software/…) preferred experience and background in either one or more of the Division industrial domains of Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Food & Beverage
- Strong knowledge of cyber security solutions within an industrial environment with hands-on experience in solution delivery
- Broad understanding of SCADA and Industrial Control Systems including architecture
- Experience in justification, audits, design, implementation and maintenance of cyber security solutions
- Industry recognition and an established reputation within process industry customers and market insights to drive development of business growth tactics
- Proven collaborator with the ability to drive success in direct and matrix organization
- Demonstrates inspirational leadership and passion for cyber security solutions
- Management of cyber security requirements lifecycle including formulation, validation and verification
- Understanding of NIST, ISO-27001, ISO-27005, ISA-62443 series of standards
- Excellent networking skills matured in a highly international organization, “leading by influence”
- Change management experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken required. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, an advantage.
- Availability to travel internationally as required
