This is a Cyber Security Specialist role, reporting to the Digital Platform Operations Manager in Business Area Process Automation Digital based in Bangalore, India. You will be primarily responsible to support strategic cyber security direction and future technologies, designs, architecture, and implementations in alignment with Group/BA/Division-level strategy. Initiates and drives cyber security implementations using in-depth cyber security expertise in standards and risk based approach. Manages or coordinates development projects/activities from a cyber security perspective of substantial impact to the business. Can act as the first line contact in R&D/SW development/Product engineering for in depth product or cyber security related matters.

Your responsibilities

• Working with Cyber Security requirements, designing and implementing the Industrial Analytics and AI Platform and Applications
• Working with the platform and application development teams to implement the cyber security requirements and ensure it aligns with organization standards
• Defining threat model for the platform and applications
• Identifying, presenting, and applying industry best practices for cyber security
• Driving awareness in the team on cyber security risks, requirements and compliance, track, and report compliance to ABB cyber security standards in development
• Providing support to pre-sales and marketing teams to propagate cyber security practices being applied, discussing various cyber security standards and practices with customers, specifically with respect to manufacturing environment along with IT environment and advising on how ABB can support the customer’s cyber security strategy

Your background

• B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronics from a reputed institution.
• Required 4 to 8 years of experience in defining, designing, and guiding implementation of cyber security best practices and standards for Industrial Analytics and AI Platform
• Should possess experience in Kubernetes and Docker security
• Experience working with Google cloud is preferred
• Should have 3+ years of experience in cyber security for cloud hosted products along with edge solutions and / or IoT devices
• Should have in-depth technical understanding of the relevant products, technology stacks and challenges that especially bridge IT and OT networks
• Should have in-depth understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
• Should have experience with cyber security threat modeling and assessment using various tools such as Threat Modeler and Microsoft Threat Modeling Tool etc.
• Should have experience with various security tools (Burp Suite, API Security testing tools, Docker Image scanning solutions etc.
• Should have experience with vulnerability analysis, security risk management, security risk identification and mitigation
