    ABB’s Electrification organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and generating profitable growth for the Electrification Business Area. Our 10,000 strong commercial team represents the portfolio of all Electrification Business Area Divisions in over 100 countries. Our unmatched domain expertise across key industry verticals and channels combined with our truly global footprint makes us able to deliver extraordinary business results, supporting our customers with solutions which address their current needs, whilst considering the future emerging trends such as Urbanization, Digitalization and Shift to Electricity and Sustainable Energy. As a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence specialist, you will evaluate business data to produce mean-ingful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. Works closely with the business to guide in solution development and implementation. Works closely with the business teams to arrive at methodologies to develop KPIs and Metrics. Develops functional dashboards based on business requirements.

    Your responsibilities

    • Data Analytics:
    • Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, and provides ongoing reports.
    • Executes quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights.
    • Establishes expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying the right metrics and layout;
    • Displays proficiency in building dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.
    • Processes, Standards & Guidelines:
    • Contributes / defines / enforces design and coding standards, technology and tool selections
    • Defines new data collection and analysis processes.
    • Analyzes reports and identifies areas where improvements can be made and manages bugs for troubleshooting the reporting environment.
    • Collaboration & teamwork:
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams comprising of enterprise architects, data scientists, project managers, software engineers, product management and business stakeholders to craft solution architecture blueprints.
    • Continuous communication with business partners and customers.
    • Customer Centricity:
    • Proactively identifies metrics and implements methods for understanding customer needs and sentiment to further their efficiency and performance through active development.
    • Ensures to deliver user-friendly analytics insights by improving and adapting through continuous solutions delivery with active feedback from customers and stakeholders.
    • Understands the customer and business value of what they are delivering along with overall offering
    • Demonstrates strong customer centricity and service excellence for both internal stakeholders, peers and customers.

    Your background

    • PHD student.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Experience with SAP.
