You will be mainly accountable for: • Contributing to the preparation of specific aspects of design assignments to meet the contractual obligations, adhering to relevant standards, safety, cybersecurity, and quality requirements. • Ensuring that Bill of Materials for the project meets contractual obligations and project gross margin requirements by not generating Project Left-Over Material. • Coordinating with manufacturing and testing functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged and tested, updating the engineering deliverables as built. • Using standard processes and tools and assisting in developing new processes and tools for the reuse of technical solutions
Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in engineering tools like, Solidworks, Catia V5 and AutoCAD and the Familiar with international standards like ISO, DIN etc. Selecting boughtout parts like motors, gears, pneumatic cylinders, precision rails, actuators, vacuum products, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate layouting, designing Robot end effectors/grippers, arc welding fixtures, SPM, conveyors etc., hand calculation and cycle time study, simulation using software like robot studio
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, basic knowledge in Designing Automation Equipment's, BIW Fixture Design, SPM, Fixture and material handling equipment's. 3 to 5 years of experience in robotic automation design, BIW robotic fixture and gripper design
• You are at ease communicating in English & be an active learner of all available business applications/ tools applied for Robotics Systems
