    Design Quality Engineer

    As a Design Quality Engineer for E-Mobility Business Area in Shenzhen, China, you will be responsible for the quality of new products and accountable for the quality of design planning process, design process, Validation Verification process, pilot-run process, ramp up process in the new project introduction process.

    This position reports to

    Quality Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Working out and releasing SMRAT quality plan in design planning process. Monitor and make sure all the targets set in quality plan are achieved. Publish regular quality report.
    • Being responsible for quality-related activities and deliverables (APQP related) before mass production.
    • Leading reviews, including technical review, documentation review, firmware/software inspection and code walk through
    • Driving the quality improvement in each phase. Be the owner of FRCAS (failure report and corrective action system)
    • Supporting other quality function if needed.

    Your background

    • A Bachelor or master’s degree in power electronics engineering or mechanical engineering
    • Solid quality methodology and knowledge, such us IATF16949
    • Certified quality engineer or 6 sigma Black Belt
    • Familiar with new product development process
    • 5+years working experience in power supply/new power industries
    • Fluent in oral and writing English
    • Familiar with CMMi would be a plus
    • 10% of business travelling
