    The Dispatcher Service is an important position in the planning of service operations in connection with UPS systems in the electrification business in Switzerland. You coordinate and plan the provision of the necessary resources, spare parts and logistics so that the service calls on site run smoothly. You will optimize customer satisfaction by meeting all commitments and requirements.

    Your responsibilities

    • Planning, scheduling and coordination of service technicians within Switzerland
    • Efficient planning of the service assignments of our service technicians according to the following points: Proximity, qualification, urgency, etc.
    • Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work
    • Scheduling of assignments such as installations and commissioning
    • Communication with customers and service team, planning of daily activities
    • Monitoring of the ongoing operational planning
    • Quick adaptation to changing circumstances, such as breakdowns, outages of technicians, postponement of deadlines by customers, etc.
    • Acting as a competent interface between customers and service technicians
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and business results

    Your background

    • Completed education in the technical or commercial field
    • 3 years of experience in planning, working as a service dispatcher/coordinator with a similar function
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, commissioning and repair of electrical equipment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP
    • Knowledge of German, Italian and French required and English an advantage
