Drive Contract Manager

You will be working as Drive Contract Manager and will be a part of Motion business for Service division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Product Group Manager and will be responsible for End-to-End Contract management which includes checking the customer contract (AMC/ Drive care) / PO given by customer and booking the PO in SAP system.

Your responsibilities

• Sending acknowledgment to customer introducing yourself as a single point contact for Contract management from ABB side
• Conducting a Kickoff meeting with marketing team and collecting complete details of scope of materials / deliverables and agreed schedules
• Identifying / listing out the materials needed for the contract, arranging to send from the stock and to order the required materials through SCM to replenish the stock
• Making calls / mails to customer to get customer convenient date / shut down dates, to schedule engineer’s visit
• Conducting weekly / monthly meeting with respective field service team to discuss all live / pending visits to customers
• Ensuring the respective service branch for reserving / engineer or resource for the upcoming site visits
• Ensuring engineer visits to site and completes the AMC and getting MOM and time sheet from site engineers after the visit
• Updating / Maintaining contract tracker in server with complete details of the visit done and components replaced man days spent

Your background

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Drives care contract management
• Skills in End-to-End Contract management
• Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication in English
