As an DTO Buyer for Electrification Business Area in China, you will be responsible for DTO (Design to Order) material purchasing and make sure the material arrives at on time to meet the production requirement.
This position reports to
Operations/Supply Planner
Your responsibilities
- Transfering Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order, including local and imported and following up purchasing order acknowledgement, and ensure materials on-time delivery
- Focusing on suppliers on time delivery and push the supplier to improve continuously
- Cooperating planning engnineer to reschedule purchase order, negotiate with the supplier to push in or push out PO delivery
- Handling Non Compliance Material timely, push the supplier get it resolved as soon as possible
- Being responsible for monthly settlement for low value parts and standard fasteners
Your background
- A Bachelor or above
- 2 years’ work experience in related function
- Familiar with ERP (SAP preferred) & MS office software
- Prefer to planning and purchasing experiences
- Fluency in English
