    E-Mobility Customer Support Specialist m/f/d - German

    For this position, you will join the Team that provides world-class charging systems for electric cars, buses and trucks. Our goal is to lay a foundation for the future of smarter, reliable and emission-free mobility. We do this from Cergy-Pointoise, where our center of innovation is located. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a member of E-mobility Technical Support Center. You will provide excellent customer support, by processing customer inquiries and resolving them in appropriate time and manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements. You will provide internal and external customer support with technical queries and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

    Your responsibilities

    • Effectively handle incoming requests via the various existing channels (phone, email, web, online chat, etc.) in a professional, customer-focused and friendly manner.
    • Identify the requestor and characterize the nature of the request based on existing internal information resources and
    • information provided by the requestor.
    • Create contacts/support files/opportunities in the appropriate system and/or escalate to the right activity/person strictly
    • following existing processes.
    • Support customer inquiries (e.g. Price Request, Order, Technical, Payment) in coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management and other internal and/or external teams.
    • Proactively inform customers of the status of their request and clarify all issues ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.

    Your background

    • At least Bachelor title or other relevant qualification.
    • At least 2 years experience in a customer relations center.
    • Experience / knowledge of ABB products and systems.
    • Good level of computer skills.
    • Fluent English, German and French is required.
    • Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer service skills.
    • Good typing skills.
    • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
