ABB Shop leverages Adobe Commerce, and this role will be pivotal in modeling and coordinating demand planning, as well as engineering requirements for our global B2B eCommerce deployment. Working closely with both internal and external partners, the Business Analyst will drive capabilities that align with ABB Shop's vision and business goals. With this role, the key responsibilities will be the following: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with ABB's overall business objectives. Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, focused on customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment. Make data-driven decisions to optimize platform capabilities, considering factors like revenue potential, customer needs, and technology trends. Regularly assess platform health, including product performance, market fit, and competitiveness. Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Gather and analyze comprehensive stakeholder needs through interviews, workshops, surveys, and brainstorming sessions. Ensure ABB Shop maintains a competitive edge with capabilities that enhance functionality and user experience across the platform. Partner with the eCommerce delivery team (operations, support, and development) to define clear requirements and execute work plans for new features and enhancements. Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress transparently across all stakeholders, balancing competing priorities for maximum impact.
