Employee (m/f/d) Offering and Order Handling

For our location in Ladenburg (soon moving to Mannheim/Germany), we are looking for a committed and independent order handling employee (m/f/d) for the internal commercial office for Motion Services. You hold a successfully completed commercial training and you are experienced in the field of Offering and Order Handling? Then apply and become part of our team. This position is limited until 28.02.2024.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for order entry (OMS/SAP) and ordering in the plants for the Services division
• Clarification of customer orders as well as independent processing of customer complaints
• Communication with the plants
• Clarification of delivery dates in case of changes or delays and trouble shooting
• Invoicing including credit notes and regular tracking of payment transactions and deliveries
• Preparation of quotations according to specifications

Your background

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Ideally, first relevant professional experience, but we are also happy to give motivated career starters a chance
• Experience in SAP processing is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional team
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
• Fluent command of the German language and basic knowledge of English
