    Position summary

    As an Employer Branding professional, your role encompasses several key responsibilities. You are tasked with defining, developing, and executing employer branding strategies that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating closely with teams from Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communication, and Business Leaders, you gain insights into their needs and create proactive branding initiatives. These initiatives may include action plans, engaging content, social media presence, and targeted campaigns. Additionally, you build and nurture partnerships with universities, students' associations, and industry networks. Regularly reviewing and planning university/job fairs to attract and hire early talent effectively. Your innovative mindset drives creative approaches to candidate attraction, encouraging you to 'think outside the box' and stay informed about current and new market trends. By identifying success factors, you position our company in the right channels, events, and platforms to engage the talents we want to build long-lasting relationships with and to attract our workforce. Lastly, you work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and manage an effective employer branding strategy and budget for Austria.     Qualifications for the role

    • 3-5 years of experience running employee brand and engagement
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources/Business/Marketing/Communications or related field or relevant experience
    • Required to have strong communication skills and be business fluent in German and English
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, network and influence relevant business stakeholders.
    • Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience to run branding projects
    • Positive to have experience in the Austrian or German talent market including school and university network
    • To be successful we see that you are a person with high commitment, ownership, inclusive mind-set, curious and collaborative
