    Position summary

    o enhancing organizational effectiveness. The work model for the role is onsite. #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products Division. You will be mainly accountable for: Describing and defining IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies, and business value, and regularly maintaining all service-related information within the service management tool. Preparing and maintaining process documentation for the system services and advising on the correct and effective use of the services. Applying and executing the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets. Providing consultation, advice, and supporting the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services.
    Qualifications for the role

    • You have 2+ years of experience in an End User Support role
    • Windows 10 knowledge and support experience
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Support of 0365
    • Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field
