As an Engineer for Process Automation Business Area in Taipei City, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, you will Complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects, cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Operation Manager

Your responsibilities

• Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments
• Finalizing ‘Fail-Safe Philosophy’ and other key concepts as part of Kick-Off and Design Freeze Meetings
• Utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines
• Contributing and sharing experiences in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools, and processes
• Sharing best practices Lessons-Learned documentation across different projects and disciplines
• Ensuring that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements
• Ensuring Bill of Material (BOM) for the project meets contractual obligations, and project gross margin requirements by not generating Project Left-Over Material (PLOM)
• Collaborating with the Supply Chain function and the Project Manager(s) to meet the contractual obligations

Your background

• Graduated from colleges and universities majoring in electronics and electrical machinery
• Good knowledge at PLC and circuit design
• Not afraid of difficulties
• Class C industrial wiring or related certificates or above
• Must have good team spirit
• Must have good communication skills and English ability above average
