    Position summary

    ngineering into two teams. You will then lead a larger team of 10-15 engineers who have experience with pharma projects. Your team is an international and well-functioning group of employees based in Middelfart, Kalundborg and Ballerup respectively. Your focus will be to ensure that your team delivers high-quality solutions while you also ensure continuous development of both the individual employees and the team as a whole. You are part of the management team for our pharma organization, where you help set direction and handle the daily operational challenges. You are also part of the division's Extended Management Team, where you, among other things, contributes with focus on the broader business perspective. Projects are p.t. in Kalundborg and Bagsværd. You are free to choose where you want to be based, as long as you are ready to spend a minimum of one day per week at each ABB location, so that you can provide visible and present leadership. The everyday language is English. Your responsibilities: • Lead an international team of 10-15 automation engineers spread across three locations • Ensure job satisfaction and development through visible and present management • Handle planning and resource allocation in relation to your employees' participation in projects • Secure quality solutions via responsiveness to customer wishes, forward-looking planning and good coaching • Recruit new employees and thus support the growth strategy and potential • Contribute to overall planning and handling of operational challenges as part of the management team in Pharma Operations and the Extended Management Team in Energy Industries
    Qualifications for the role

    • Experience with management and/or project management incl. to clear the way for your people
    • Great motivation for people management - you simply like to help people to be the best version of themselves
    • The ability to spread your own optimism and your courage to take new paths to the people around you
    • Knowledge of automation projects and/or pharma
    • Motivation for working with GxP - pharma production has the highest quality requirements
    • Motivation to continuously develop and improve your team's processes and tools
    • Good communication skills - you can easily get everyone to understand "why, what, who and when" in both Danish and English

    You will be part of ABB Denmark's fastest growing organization, Pharma Engineering. We handle our projects in teams, and depending on the nature of the project, we work both with smaller, local teams and larger international teams. The respective teams are each responsible for establishing automation in a specific production area centered around ABB's 800xA system.
