    Do you have experience in event management and describe yourself as an organizational talent full of creative ideas? To expand our marketing team, we are looking for a motivated marketing expert. In this varied role, you will handle the design and execution of event processes and work creatively as part of a team and with internal and external contacts. You will help drive the growth of our business area and enrich and develop our communications and marketing community. Sounds exactly like your dream job?     Your responsibilities

    • Handling professional leadership of the event team and working with external agencies
    • Developing and implementing new global event strategies and trade fair demo concepts
    • Handling design, planning and implementation of offline, hybrid and online events (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, etc.)
    • Preparing and implementing all necessary measures (defining event objectives and the relevant KPIs, defining statements for addressing the target group, etc.)
    • Cooperating with the relevant stakeholders/partners
    • Using appropriate marketing tools and strategies in connection with design guidelines and our corporate identity
    • Ongoing financial controlling of the event budget
    • Analyzing event results and deriving resulting strategies

    Your background

    • Completed education with a focus on marketing, sales or communication
    • At least ten years of professional experience in event management (mix of corporate and agency experience preferred)
    • Three years of experience in a professional management position or providing job-related leadership to project teams
    • Fluent written and spoken English
    • Good time management and versatility
    • Ability to motivate others and pass on knowledge with enthusiasm in a manner that is easy to understand
    • High quality standards
    • Great interest in digital and technical trend topics and pleasure in further developing oneself and others
    • Able to work independently with a proven track record of self-initiative
    • Communicative, team-oriented and assertive personality
    • Willingness to travel
