Join us as EXC Technical and Assistant Training Manager for the Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai,China where you will be ensuring effective execution of internal and external technical training related to EXC products, systems, and/or services.
This position reports to
Region Mngr China, GBL Excitation
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring the design and delivery of internal and customer technical training related to applicable technologies in accordance with contract and budget
- Planning for the training, assigning proper instructors and classrooms for each scheduled course and providing schedule changes for other departments in case of over schedule
- Ensuring that training related documentation and any special equipment or customized devices are accurately prepared and available for training sessions
- Establishing pricing for courses and provides relevant date for use with proposals
- Providing technical expertise and effective communication to support our team in trouble-shooting cases either on-site/factory and develop, review factory test procedures to ensure our quality control are up to mark
- Leading the development of LBL CN EXC DIGITAL Remote Access Platform development tool, focus on installed base management, remote supports to end users
- Ensuring training courses are performed in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) directives
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
- Have strong background of EXCITATION system incl. PSS, synchronous machine protections and synchronous system. Min. 8-10 external training classes
- Effective communication skills as technical expert, Trainer
- Able to influence our team and customers on technical subject
