    For the Italian RDC team we are looking for an Export Order Management Specialist for French speaking Countries.

    This position reports to

    EL Customer Operations Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Pro-actively communicate with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
    • Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
    • Provide appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g. order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, blocks and suspensions, etc.).

    Your background

    • Business administration, or administrative education similar.
    • At least 2 years of experience in the same role.
    • Fluent in French and English, Italian will be a plus.
    • Strong Communication Skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
    • Strong customer focus.
