External Production Development Specialist

External production manager

Your responsibilities

• As External Production Development Specialist you will oversee the manufacturing processes of the supplier base, at LPG level.
• You will lead supplier efficiency evaluation monitoring robustness of external manufacturing setup (i.e. OEE, equipment effectiveness) and ensuring the compliance of the production processes with targets of safety, cost, on-time delivery and quality.
• You will drive improvement projects aimed at increasing the supplier performances, leveraging ABB manufacturing best practices and Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
• You will lead footprint project according to company strategy.
• The position will report to External Production Development Manager and requires a close cooperation with the belonging function (Industrial Engineering) and LPG operation functions.

Your background

• You have 3 experience in a similar position. You hold a bachelor degree in Energetic, Mechanic or Automation Engineering. You speak English fluently.
• Communication skills, proactive approach and strategic thinking are required.
