    You will provide vital help to the Instrumentation, Process Automation Measurement & Analytics (PAMA) in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, o meet business needs efficiently and effectively, boosting customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines. You will be leading a team of Facilities, Maintenance and IT (Information Technology) personnel, working closely with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) on security, as well as assisting peers and employees to deliver timely & high quality services to the site. You will also be responsible in creating high performing culture through clear line of communication, accountability within facilities function in building a competent organization within Measurement & Analytics division based in Bartlesville, OK . You will provide management, technical expertise and leadership to the facilities, IT and maintenance teams related to office and factory buildings, grounds, structure, equipment maintenance and security and other compliance with policies and regulations, while acting in support role to HSE function in regard to safety & environmental programs. In this role you will professionally & proactively collaborate with other functional leaders in planning, coordinating, prioritizing and executing requested support based on needs of the business & meeting/exceeding set expectations in timely manner.

    Your responsibilities

    • Management of all maintenance, IT and facility activities for the Bartlesville site. Develop and manage departmental staffing & their cross training, costs and cost center budget
    • Management of all facilities equipment & develop, implement and manage a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) program utilizing maintenance database and provide both technical and maintenance resources to the resolution of the facility and equipment issues.This includes the upgrading and improving the process capability of factory production equipment
    • Development of strategic improvement plans for the facility, IT, equipment’s and supporting functions (HSE, Production, environmental, etc.)
    • Initiate facility related capital expenses request and coordinate capital spending to meet current and future production requirements. Provide leadership in major plant layout improvements including the movement of major capital equipment within and outside of the building and manage business needs with changes in manufacturing footprint
    • Float, Select bids, monitor and manage progress and costs & performance of suppliers and contractors for facility grounds and equipment projects, coordinating activities with responsible user departments
    • Assist, support and provide expertise to the housekeeping and safety programs including the identification of equipment, work area and facility needs for repair, maintenance and/or upgrade and replacement
    • Develop and provide cross training for all maintenance & IT personnel in regards to the various aspects of the maintenance & IT department including: TPM, PLCs, hydraulics, UPS, etc as required
    • Ensure operational systems are 100% functional with contingency plans in place to keep flow moving in the event of system failure
    • Ensure all scheduled maintenance are performed timely, cost effectively and accurately
    • Actively participate in plant wide improvement projects
    • Perform, as assigned, other similar or related duties

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required and minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in facilities, IT & Maintenance with leadership experience, in manufacturing site
    • Must be technically competent in equipment and facilities or similar surroundings. Familiarity with various types of fire protection systems, HVAC, air handling systems, building and equipment/electrical requirements/codes for the state
    • Knowledge of factory layouts, material flow optimization, project management, systematic problem solving, TPM, regulatory and factory compliance management
    • Exposure to manufacturing and assembly techniques, equipment and methodologies
    • Requires broad knowledge of diverse operations and ability to independently manage & resolve complex problems
    • Requires ability to communicate effectively, act decisively and influence decisions of senior managers
    • Requires foresight to anticipate problems and recognize opportunities for cost effectively improving operations
    • A collaborative, solution focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills with good project management skills
    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
