Facility Specialist

We are looking for an intern to join our Electrification business.

Your responsibilities

• Implementation of energy improvement projects in the Facilities area and closely linked to a plan foreseen by the newly
• obtained ISO50001.
• Follow project implementation from the initial idea to the realization giving support to the team whit the verification and
• analysis of the results of the project.
• Report maintenance problems through proper channels and tools.
• Evaluate, implement and maintain Risk Management plan.
• Ensure that facility maintenance, testing and inspection schedules are performed to meet all corporate and regulatory
• requirements.
• Understand, apply and enforce all Health, Safety, Environmental and Security requirements.
• It is moreover our aim to extend this work to new projects and major refurbishments.

Your background

• Student in Building and Architectural Engineering or Environmental and Management Engineering.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular on Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Completion of any facility management courses (i.e., space planning, operations, maintenance, property development
• etc.) is a plus.
• 1 | Internship in facility department
• Teamwork attitude, good communication skills and courage complete the profile.
