    Factory Controlling Specialist

    We are currently looking for the right candidate for the position of Factory Controlling Specialist in Aleksandrów Łódzki. The successful candidate will support Factory Controller in finance activities connected to the core factory functions and effective business decisions.

    Local Division Controller - Motion System Drives

    Your responsibilities

    • Cooperation with Factory Controller in monthly closing activities.
    • Preparation of data for monthly business reviews.
    • Executes transparent analysis and reports as assigned and take proactive role in development of internal reporting systems.
    • Preparation and analysis of post calculation for sold products.
    • Special focus areas: product/business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis/inventory analysis.
    • Support preparation of calculation models for products.
    • Manages and closely monitors the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital.
    • Participating in Budgets and Monthly forecast preparation.
    • Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant Division/Factory Controllers as well as Factory internal customers.

    Your background

    • Completed degree in higher education in Finance or Controlling.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finance function in production company.
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
    • Good knowledge of SAP modules.
    • Good knowledge of English – written and verbal communication skills.
    • Process orientation and attention to details.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
    • Ability to work individually or in teams and with deadlines.
    • Understanding of financial accounting, reporting, planning, controlling is an advantage.
