    Position summary

    ss performance. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Acquire in-depth understanding of FTP, Cfin and Fiori related processes. (MDG, UDM etc) • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods to onboard new hires and upskill end-users. This could include classroom Instruction, webinars, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, hands-on labs, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions. • Train users on P2P processes and appropriate system use. Create and maintain user manuals, documentation, Virtual Gallery, bite sized learning materials and SOPs as needed. • Seek input from and provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change. • Engage with business leaders, users and partners to understand processes, needs, challenges and deliver solutions, and/or issue resolution during activities such as adapt to standard, process reviews, etc. • Participate in testing (UAT) activities as needed and initiate or promote sustainable process improvements. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in curriculum development - including revisions to existing course content and new material creation. • Communicate process and related system changes to users, including 'translating' system functionality into simple business relevant language.
    Qualifications for the role

    • 5+ years of experience in procure to pay (P2P) processes
    • Solid understanding of P2P processes and proven ability to transfer knowledge, train others, support end-users and drive continuous improvement.
    • You are passionate about SAP working. Excellent Presentation and Delivery skills.
    • Proven experience of Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
    • You are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
