Field Service Engineer

From rapid response and performance improvement to operational efficiency and life-cycle management, Service is one of our fastest-growing areas. You will execute service work with Electrification in Turkey. You will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.
Your responsibilities
- Perform site installation, testing & commissioning of UPS products,
- Perform other field service activities including troubleshooting, repairing, maintenance, replacement applications for UPS and LV products,
- Online technical support for customers, sales team and partners,
- Perform service works according to ABB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standards,
- Perform trainings to customer at site and at ABB facilities,
- Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service, Prepare the tools and equipments that are related to the jobs on the to-do list,
- Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition,
- Ensure customer satisfaction during / after deliveries.
Your background
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Electronic Engineering,
- At least 2 years of experience in UPS products and services,
- Good command of written English and intermediate/upper intermediate level of spoken English,
- Knowledge in MS Office programs,
- Team worker, analytical, communicate effectively and customer oriented,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Ability to travel frequently,
- A valid driving license.
